"Don't regret the past, learn from it" I'm always told this....but why? Why do people insist on forgetting the past, Or insisting that I can learn from it and that I can be a better person from whats happend. Of course I want to be a better person, I just don't know how to. How do I learn from the past? Is it even possible to? Do I have to condition myself to understand what everyone is saying, othing is making sense anymore. People talk to me, but all I hear is noise. Please, I'm so confused.
